The ETX®-CD uses 200-pin DDR2 Small Outline-Dual Inline Memory Modules (SO-DIMMs). One socket is
available for a DDR2-533 or DDR2-667 module up to 2GB capacity.
Note: ETX®-CD equipped with the CeleronM423 is not able to drive memory modules faster than DDR2-533.
