Remove any Cripple Stud located in the center above door

Insert 5/8” FOAM (supplied) as a vibration isolator. Check
for level and shim if necessary or to achieve 1” clearance
from molding. Screw WOOD SPACER into Header ush with
drywall on the coolroom side (use 1” screws).
(SEE DETAIL)
Depending on model, draw an outline for a cutout (Series
100-300 = 16” x 9 1/2”) or (Series 600-900 = 19 3/8” x 9
1/2). The bottom edge of the cutout must be 1/2” above
the Header to allow for the FOAM insert. Make sure there is
at least 7/8” clearance between door molding and cutout. If
not, you will have to use a shim in step 6, cut drywall.

L BRACKETS
to Cripple Studs, insert each one
into wall cutout ush to Side Edge of drywall. Screw in
Cripple Stud to Header and Top Plate.
