messages that contain instructions and information to
be
used by the rece

synthesizer and/or rhythm machines.

1 CHANNEL VOICE MESSAGES
These tell the receiving synthesizer(s) whi
ch
sounds to
use, which notes to play. and when to
start
and stop
playing those notes. They may also include instructions
to use portamento, modulation, and other
eff
ects.
