Follow
the procedures below
to
write DW-8000 program memory contents
to
your connected tape record•
er.
[iJ Connect the DW-8000 rear panel TO TAPE jack to
the microphone (mic) input jack on the tape recorder.
You
rmay
need a plug adaptor or special connection
cord
if
the input jack is not the usual
"mini
jack" size.

Set
the
DW-8000 rear panel TAPE switch to the EN-
ABLE (ENA) position.

Prepare the tape recorder for recording. Begin
re-
cording and let the tape advance
unti
l it is past the
leader tape (at the beginning
of
the cassettef.

Press the recorder's pause key at
the
point from
which you will begin recording data.
At this point, the DW-8000 is sending out
a test tone
as a reference for setting recordi
ng
level {input level)
on
the
tape recorder. Adjust the tape recorder's re-
cording level as you would normally (refer to tape re-
corder's instruction manual).

After setting recording level, release
the
pause key so
that
the
recorder begins recording.

] Press the SAVE key on the OW-8000.
