4.5 Checking and adjust the V belt

4.5.1 Checking

Take out the plastic cover

Check the V belt, please contact the sales persons if shall be any damage

Put up the plastic cover

4.5.2 Adjustment

1. Turn the clutch forward to PARK position

2. Loosen the nuts

3. V type belt creep, turn the clutch lever to

Running position, and adjust the position

of the adjusting nut, this ensure spring

elongation range within 3-4 mm

The belt is not separated completely, please adjust the tension position of V

belt. Removed plate A of bolt of the small pulley, and tension pulley in the

parking position does not touch the V belt, then tighten the bolt when

[walking] position does not rotate.

Tighten the nut

※MINI-TRANSPORTER WITH BATTERY doesn’t have pully, when the belt

tension is over or not enough, and loosen the stable screw, and remove the motor

until the belt are in proper station then tighten the screw.

Cautions

V type belt creep, please adjust the pulling force of tension pulley, otherwise , it

will shorten the service life of belt.
