3. Drain the engine oil when it is still hot, fill in new oil and ran the engine for
several minutes in idle condition, so that the oil can be well distributed on all
motive spare parts
4. Use dehydrated vaseline (heated to 100-200 ℃) to smear the connecting points
of electric spares and unpainted metal parts.
5. Loose the engine belt, take it off if necessary, pack it and store it separately,
spray untrusting agent into the pulley. pain the painted parts of the machine if the
paint is off
6. Drain the petrol and clean the oil tank
7. Use protective material (like carves, water proof cloth or oiled paper) to seal
the un-closed orifices, for example air inlet and outlet, to prevent foreign matter,
dust or water from getting inside.
8. Put all operational levels into neutral position （including electric switches）,
put the operational levels into the lowest position.
9 The machine shall be kept in hangars or carports, environment should be dry. It
is forbidden to put the machine together with material or gas that is corrosive.
10. The spare parts that are taken off from the machine shall be cleaned, well
packed and stored in dry storage room.
11. For MINI-TRANSPORTER WITH BATTERY the battery link cable should
be removed to prevent the battery from having a long storage time and full
discharge.
6.3 Maintenance of the machine during storage
1. During storage, the machine should follow all the above instructions.
2. Check the machine and its spare parts each month to see if there is any corrosion,
aging or deformation. If there shall be any problem, solve them as early as possible.
3. Within every 2 months, turn the crankshaft 10 to 15 rounds to prevent it from
getting rusted. in places that need grease, replace old grease with new ones.
4. Within every 3 months, start the machine and ran it in slow mode for 20 to 30
minutes and check if there is any abnormal phenomenon.
5. For Mini-transporter—lithium battery type: within 1 month, check the battery
level. If the voltage is lower than 48V, the battery should be recharged. Prevent
electricity loss and battery damage.
