      If the hand lever is hard to move due to a blockage in the system or a connected bearing, first, check if the conveyor pump is working by loosening the pump outlet and activating the pump. If the pump works, reconnect it. Then, one by one, loosen the threaded input connections on the subdistributors or main distributor (or threaded input connections for single-level systems). The distributor from which lubricant leaks when loosened indicates the fault's source. Retighten the connections. Next, loosen the threaded bearing input connections one by one. The bearing from which lubricant leaks when loosened is the blocked bearing. Clear the blockage on that bearing.

      If no lubricant leaks from the outlets after loosening all outlets of the main distributor and/or subdistributors, the distributor is blocked. Replace the blocked distributor. If you want to clean it, ensure the workplace is clean. Remove all tube end screwed pieces and plunger lock screws. Drive out the plungers with a soft mandrel, keeping track of which plunger belongs in which drill hole. Rinse the distributor body with grease-dissolving agent and blow it out with compressed air, clearing the diagonal channels with a wire or pin. Remove any hardened grease from the plunger lock screws. Assemble the distributor, replacing all copper discs. Before screwing in the tube outlet threaded pieces, pump out the distributor with a hand pump, ensuring the counter pressure doesn't exceed 25 bar. I...

If you want to clean it, ensure a clean workplace, remove all tube end screws and plunger lock screws (using a screwdriver and hammer if needed). Drive out the plungers with a soft mandrel (less than 6 mm diameter, plastic if possible), keeping track of each plunger's original location.
