To troubleshoot a blockage in the lubrication system, start by checking if the conveyor pump is working and supplying lubricant to the main distributor. Loosen the pump outlet and activate the pump. If the pump works, reconnect the outlet, indicating no pump issue. Let the pump run until the next blockage occurs or pressure rises. Then, one by one, loosen the threaded input connections on the subdistributors or main distributor (or threaded input connections for single-level systems). The distributor from which lubricant leaks when loosened under pressure points to the fault's source. Tighten the connections again. Next, loosen the corresponding threaded bearing input connections one by one. The bearing from which lubricant leaks when its connection is loosened under pressure is the blocke...

If there's a blockage in the distributor, replace the blocked distributor. If you want to attempt cleaning it, ensure you meet the following conditions:

* Remove all tube end screwed pieces.
* Remove the plunger lock screws with a strong screwdriver, tapping with a hammer if needed.
* Drive out the plungers with a soft mandrel (less than 6 mm diameter, plastic if possible). Keep a record of which plunger belongs in which drill hole, as they must not be interchanged.
Thoroughly rinse the distributor body several times in grease-dissolving agent and blow it out with compressed air. Clear the diagonal channels (1.5 mm diameter) on the threading ends with a wire or pin. Rinse and blow out the distributor again. Remove any hardened grease from the plunge...
