• Remove blade (1).
Note
When inserting the blades (1), ensure that they are positioned correctly on the blade control
shaft and are centred in the slot (2).
• Insert new or ground blade (1).
Note
Before raising the blade cassette, check whether all blades (1) are in alignment and thus
correctly installed.

Note
If the cutting unit is not switched on for a longer period, the cutting blades can be replaced by
dummy blades in order to avoid soiling of blade cassette slots and wear of blades.
The dummy blades can be ordered from the KRONE spare part storage by stating part
number 20 065 405*.
