7.25.1.6 Sensor B63 "Twine tying mechanism position"
For the "Net wrapping and twine tying" version
RP000-101
The sensor B63"Twine tying mechanism position"(4) is located on the right side of the machine
behind the side hood.
Move the tensioning arm (2) from the extended position to the central position.
ð In this position, the fixed bearing (1) must be at the upper arrow (3).
If the fixed bearing(1) is not at the upper arrow(3), set the "Twine motor central position"
sensor(4):
Loosen the two screw connections (5).
Adjust the position of the sensor (4).
Tighten the two screw connections (5).
Check the position of the tensioning arm (2) again as described above.
INFORMATION
Correct functioning of the sensor can be tested using the terminal in menu 15-1 "Sensor test",
refer to page59.

The actuator test is used to test the actuators installed on the machine. An actuator can only be
tested when it is powered. In the manual actuator test the actuator must therefore be controlled
manually for a short time to be able to determine possible errors in the actuator system.
