• Charge the double-action control hydraulics with pressure and move the rotor out slowly.
• Next lower the rotor into work position.
• Switch off the engine.
• Remove the ignition key.
• Secure the machine against the possibility of rolling back.
Fold the front swath cloth over for two swaths
• Pull out the hinged cotter pin (1)
• Pull the swath cloth (2) out of its support and into the support that is offset 90° and to the
rear.
• Secure in place with the hinged cotter pin.
The forward speed is based on the work image = orderly rake work with good formation of
swaths
