Check that the milk is fresh and cold and that there is enough milk in the glass. Wash the steam nozzle manually, cleaning and unblocking each part, and ensure it is screwed on properly. We recommend using cold pasteurised or UHT milk, freshly opened.

      If no steam comes out of the nozzle of your Krups Coffee Maker, the nozzle or the nozzle support may be blocked, or the water used may not be suitable for making steam. Wash the steam nozzle manually, cleaning and unblocking each part. Ensure the steam nozzle is screwed on properly. Empty the tank and remove the Claris cartridge temporarily. Fill the water tank with mineral water with high calcium content (>100 mg/l) and carry out steam cycles (5 to 10) consecutively into a recipient until you get a continuous jet of steam.
