What to do if KTM Motorcycle engine turns but does not start?

If your KTM Motorcycle engine turns over but doesn't start, consider these potential causes: Ensure you are following the correct start procedure. Check the plug-in connection of the fuel hose to make sure it's connected. Examine fuses 1 and 4 and replace them if they're blown. Adjust the idle speed if it's not set correctly. If the spark plug is oily or wet, clean and dry it, or replace it if needed. Also, verify that the spark plug electrode gap is correctly adjusted to 1.0 mm (0.039 in). Other potential issues could be a defective ignition system, a frayed short-circuit cable in the wiring harness, a defective kill switch or emergency OFF switch, or a defect in the fuel injection system, which would require using the KTM diagnostics tool to read the fault memory.
