Finishing work
– Install the front wheel. ( p. 116)

12.9 Removing the lower triple clamp (EXC‑F EU, XCF‑W)
Preparatory work
– Press and hold the switch-off button while the engine is
idling until the engine stops.
– Remove the headlight mask with the headlight. ( p. 127)
– Raise the motorcycle with the lift stand. ( p. 64)
– Remove the front wheel. ( p. 115)
– Remove the fork legs. ( p. 66)
– Remove front fender. ( p. 76)
– Remove the handlebar cushion.

Main work
– Open the cable holder in front of the left radiator and detach
the wiring harness.

– Take off the upper triple clamp with the handlebar and hang
them to the side.
Info
Cover the components to protect them against damage.
Do not kink the cables and lines.
