2 Using the 5mm hex key, attach the toggle clamp
with (4) M8 x 12 bolts and (4) M8 lock washers.
Lever should require some force to close. It will break-in
and require retensioning from time to time.
3 Secure the toggle clamp.
4 Using a 13mm wrench
tighten “A” bolts until snug.
