Press the fan belt between fan pulley and pulley at force of 98

kgf, 22 Ibs).
Check
if
the fan belt deflection is
10
to 12 mm (0.394 to 0.472 in.).

If
the deflection is not within the factory specifications, adjust
with the tension pulley adjusting bolts.

Check the fan belt for damage.

the fan belt is worn and sunk in the pulley groove.

Replace the fan belt

the belt is damaged or nearly worn out
