Starting to travel uphill:
The pivoting lower links enable pivoting up to a
maximum angle of 14 degrees.
The pivoting upper link has reached travel end.
The machine is in transport position.
The upper link stop can be distorted when
starting to travel uphill with an angle
exceeding the maximum pivoting angle
(upper link bottoming in rear position).
Never engage the tractor PTO drive when the
machine is in transport position.
Changing from forward travel to reversing
and vice versa must be carried out at reduced
speed to prevent the transport wheels from
pivoting suddenly and the unit from swaying.
Raise the front mounted machine in
transport position.
When driving on roads, avoid changing direction
suddenly as it could cause:
- tractor-machine unit swaying.
- rear wheel pivot shimmy.
