- Loosen the 8 pulley mounting bolts (1) using box
spanner.
- Loosen belt tensioning bolt using box spanner (1).
- Slacken V-belts and check their condition.
- Remove belt tensioning bolt from its holder.
- Tip over jockey pulley (a).
- Remove the 3 V-belts.
- Remove bolts and washers.
- Exchange pulleys.
