Instructions for work
- Reinstall bolts and washers without tightening them
(1).
- Reinstall belts on pulleys.
- Reinstall belt tensioning bolt and washer on its
support.
- Tighten belt tensioning bolt using box spanner until
the spring is completely compressed.
- Tighten pulley bolts using box spanner.
• Torque: 12 daN m (89 lbf ft).
- Reinstall the belt guard.
- Tighten the self-locking nuts using box spanner.
- Pivot guardrail tube.
- Tighten self-locking nut of pivoting guardrail using box
spanner.
Handle pulleys with care.
Pulleys must slide on the hubs without effort.
If this is not the case, clean and slightly coat
hubs with grease before sliding the pulleys in
place.
Refer to the pictorial applied on the machine to
check the pulley position with regards to the rotor
speed.
Follow same procedure on the second mowing
unit.
Check that the adjustment is identical on the 2
mowing units.
