Battery remove (MXU 150)
1. Make sure the ignition switch is OFF.
2. Remove the seat (page 47)
3. Remove the battery cover (2), by removing the
mount bolts (1).
4. Disconnect the negative (-) terminal lead (4) from
the battery first, then disconnect the positive (+)
terminal lead (5).
5. Remove the battery (3).
Battery installation (MXU 150)
1. Install in the reverse order of removal.
2. Check all bolts and other fasteners are secure.
3. After installing the battery, check to see if the
battery cables are routed correctly.
