Check for continuity across each heater. If none, replace the
heater M or S.
Check for continuity across thermostat. If none, remove the
cause and replace the thermostat.
Measure the resistance. If it is ∞ Ω, replace the fuser unit ther-
mistor.
Check visually and clean the thermistor sensor parts.
Replace the main charger unit.
Clean the main charger wire, grid and shield.
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the con-
nector cable. If none, remedy or replace the cable.
Replace the engine controller PWB (see page 1-6-24).
Replace the high-voltage transformer unit (see page 1-6-26).
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the con-
nector cable. If none, remedy or replace the cable.
Replace the engine controller PWB (see page 1-6-24).
Replace the high-voltage transformer unit (see page 1-6-26).
Replace the engine controller PWB (see page 1-6-24).
Replace the high-voltage transformer unit (see page 1-6-26).
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the con-
nector cable. If none, remedy or replace the cable.
Check if YC13-B12 on the engine controller PWB goes low
when the upper paper switch is turned on with 5 V DC present at
YC13-B13 on the engine controller PWB. If not, replace the up-
per paper switch.
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the con-
nector cable. If none, remedy or replace the cable.
Check if YC13-B18 on the engine controller PWB goes low
when the lower paper switch is turned on with 5 V DC present at
YC13-B19 on the engine controller PWB. If not, replace the
lower paper switch.
