Drill Fill Plug and Clean Toner

Drill a 1/2" to 3/4" hole into the fill plug and clean out all remaining toner.

Close Toner Port, Fill, and Seal

Ensure the toner port is closed, fill the cartridge with toner, and seal the drilled hole.

Prepare Cartridge for Shipping

If shipping the cartridge, place a small strip of tape across the toner port.

Replace Chip Label

Peel off the old chip label and install the new chip label.
