My M5526cdw displays “Check toner/Low toner”.

Check to ensure the toner is Genuine Kyocera Toner.
You can do this by checking if the toner has the Kyocera
Hologram on the toner bottle.
To maintain quality, we recommend using genuine
Kyocera toner containers, which must pass numerous
quality inspections.
The use of non-genuine toner containers may cause failure. We
will not be liable for any damages caused by the use of third-
party supplies in this machine.
A label is affixed to our genuine supplies, as shown below.

Remove the toner container and shake it, re-install
the toner container.
Shake the toner container.

Make sure the Right Cover is closed all the way.
4.
Make sure the toner is installed in the
printer correctly.
