9. Preventative maintenance details

Bi annual preventative maintenance checklist
La Marzocco Swift EPS Service
. Confirm serial number of grinder: #________________
. Clean hoppers
. Replace all coffee baskets and remove old baskets from premises
. Brush and vacuum loose coffee from grind chamber
. Clean ground coffee from passage to tamp chamber
. Remove tower cover and replace button overlay decal
. Clean impeller
. Clean tamp chamber
. Check and tighten set screw on tamper coupling.
. Clean & lubricate collar threads with lps (food grade silicon lubricant)
. Replace burrs on regular side of grinder –please note which side: right left
. Weigh coffee & adjust if needed
. Check extraction rate & adjust (both sides)
. Replace any missing body screws
