Error Code 44
• Check the “Min Fire” fan speed. Should be
1440 rpm (Plus or Minus 100 rpm)
• Set DIP Switch #7 to the ON position to
run boiler in “Min Fire” (see attached)
• Press the Status button. Scroll to C:Fr to
read fan speed. (see attached)
• If fan speed is not 1580-1620 (Plus or
Minus 100 rpm)
• Set 9:FL to -8 (see attached)
• Verify “Min Fire” fan speed is 1440 (Plus
or Minus 100 rpm)
• If not, Increase or decrease 9:FL to
achieve 1440 “Min Fire” fan speed
• Set DIP SW #7 to the OFF position

Confirm Fan Speed Adjustment

Verify the 'Min Fire' fan speed is now 1440 rpm +/- 100 rpm after adjustment.

Return to Normal Operation

Set DIP SW #7 to the OFF position to exit 'Min Fire' mode after successful adjustment.

Manual Min Fire Operation

Enable Min Fire Mode

Set DIP Switch #7 to the ON position to activate the 'Min Fire' operating mode.

Disable Min Fire Mode

Return DIP Switch #7 to the OFF position after completing fan speed adjustments.

Checking Fan Speed on Display

Access Display Settings

Press and hold the Mode button until 'O:ot' appears on the display.

Locate Fan Speed Menu

Use the Scroll/Select button to find and display 'C:Fr' for fan speed readings.

View Fan RPM

Press the select button to view the current fan speed in revolutions per minute (RPM).

Return to Home Screen

Press the Mode button to exit the fan speed display and return to the main screen.

Adjusting Minimum Fan Speed

Power Off Display

Ensure the display is powered off before initiating fan speed adjustments.

Access Adjustment Menu

Press and hold the Mode button until '1:EH' appears on the display to access settings.

Locate Minimum Fan Setting

Use the Scroll/Select button to find the '9:FL' setting for minimum fan speed.

Set Minimum Fan Value

Scroll to '-8' (negative eight) and press Scroll/Select to lock the minimum fan speed.
