Chapter 6: Modifying Your Freeze Drye

The purpose of the RS232 interface is to send data to a
data collection computer to monitor the state of and
activity of the freeze dryer.
This data is half duplex data and is only transmitted
from the Freeze Dryer. The data rate and format are
listed below:
1. Data Rate 2400 Baud
2. 8 Bit word length
3. 1 Start bit, 1 Stop bit
4. No parity is transmitted
5. Standard ASCII character set
The data of the transmitted message is as follows:
1. The following data will be sent with each field
separated by a space character.
