*
When unwrapping your unit, carefully remove all of the packaging
materials and the bags and packaging labels.
*
Make sure that all of the parts and accessories are present and intact.
*
Before using your unit, thoroughly clean all of the parts with soapy
water or water with dishwashing liquid added.
*
Carefully rinse and dry all of the parts.

MOUNTING OF THE UNIT
Place the unit on a clean, dry and uncluttered work surface.
Completely unwind the cord and make sure that it is not too taught
between the unit and the electrical outlet.
Assemble the unit:

Align the extrusion chamber pivoted to
45° with the tting zone
of the unit and turn counterclockwise to connect it. The opening
of the extrusion chamber must be oriented upwards.

Push the extrusion screw into the extrusion chamber.
*
Position the end-piece of your choice, with the arrow pointing
downward, against the extrusion screw.
*
Maintain the end-piece while screwing on the nut clockwise.

Position the kneading vat and then the kneading blade on the
transmission axis.
