Insert the opening/closing door of the extrusion chamber. NB:
close the door properly so that it goes downward.

Close the cover and tilt the safety bar to lock the unit.
The machine is now ready to operate. You can begin preparing
pasta, following the various steps described hereafter.

Recommended proportions and ingredients:
250g of our
Liquid ingredients (2 eggs + 20ml of water + 20ml of oil)
Optional: add ½ teaspoon of salt

Make sure that the unit is correctly plugged in and that the vat
and the cover are in place.

Tilt the safety bar and remove the cover.

Add the our (not more than 300g of our).
NB: the choice of our can affect the result. We recommend
using flour with a high gluten content for better
pasta texture.
Advice: Start rst with a basic recipe (see recipe section) to
evaluate the characteristics of your our. Don't immediately try a
very complicated recipe…

Close the cover and lock the unit with the safety bar.
*
Plug in the unit. The start/stop button will start blinking.
