16.3 - VENT MANAGEMENT
Allows the operator to manage the oven’s
air vent manually for convection cooking
without AUTOCLIMA.
 Press “PLUS” directly on the touch screen
to access the Special Functions.
 Select “Vent management” directly on
the touch screen or turn the Scroller+
to “Vent management” and confirm by
pressing the Scroller+.
