23  OVEN MANAGEMENT
23.2.1 - USER PARAMETERS - Block Functions
This function allows the operator to block
all the functions of the main menu except
“Favourites” and “Washing”.
It only allows the operator to use recipes
included in the list of favourites and to
wash the oven.
