If your Lancer Commercial Food Equipment is dispensing only water or only syrup, several factors could be responsible. Here’s what to check: * Ensure the syrup BIB isn't empty and replace it if needed. * Verify that the water or syrup shutoff on the mounting block is fully open. * Check for proper water or syrup supply; if there's no supply, inspect the unit for other issues and ensure the BIB connection is engaged. * Confirm that the CO pressure to the syrup pump is between 70-80 psi (0.483-0.552 MPa). * Check for a stalled or inoperative BIB pump; inspect the CO pressure and replace the pump if necessary. * Look for any kinked lines and remove the kink or replace the line. * Examine the CO regulator for malfunctions and repair or replace it as required.
