Note:
Different types of clamping can be chosen in
accordance with different rims.
Ø In case of inward clamping, shrink the jaws
together, place the wheel on the turntable and
depress pedal (H) to clamp.
Ø In case of outward clamping, enlarge the jaws
outward (2-3cm away from periphery of the rim)
and place the wheel on the turntable. Draw out
the curve arm. Aim the Location cone at the
central hole of the wheel(Fig.08), press down the
rise/fall control lever to keep the rim close to the
jaws, and depress pedal (H) to clamp it (Fig. 09).

l Draw out the roller-1 and make it close to the tyre
bead. Press down the rise/fall control lever to move
the roller-1 downward 3-5 cm, than turn the lock bar
to lock the slide rod . Depress the pedal J (Fig.10) to
turn the turntable clockwise. At the same time,
lubricate the tyre bead with lubricant by a brush (Fig
11).

l Depress pedal (G) (Fig.12) to restore the tilting
column to its working position (Fig.13).
l Press the hexagonal column and draw out the
horizontal arm to make the mount/demount head
touch the clamped rim. Push button (a) (Fig.13) on
the locking handle to clamp the hexagonal column
and horizontal arm. At this moment, the inner ring of
the head stays about 1～2mm from the rim to avoid
scratching (Fig.14).
