Attention:
The angle of the mount/demount head has been
adjusted by manufacturer according to standard rim
(15"). Re-adjustment may be necessary to prevent
scratching the tyre when the rim is extremely large or
small.
l Insert the tyre lever into between the mount/demount
head and the tyre bead. First release the locking of
the slide rod, than lift the rise/fall control lever to
separate the roller-1 with the tyre, and restore it to
original position (Fig. 15).
l Turn the fore swivel arm, and place the press block
on the upper part of the tyre opposite to the
mount/demount head. Press down the rise/fall
control lever to make the press block go down 5-6cm.
Prize the tyre bead onto the mount/demount head
(Fig. 16). Figure 17 is section figure.

damaging.

Caution:
In case the demounting is hindered, stop the machine
immediately. Lift up the pedal (J) to turn the turntable
counter-clockwise to clear away the hindrance.

l Draw out the tray, and make the tray close to the
lower tyre. Lift the rise/fall control lever up to lift the
tyre. Make the lower tyre bead opposite to
mount/demount head enter into the rim groove (Fig.
19), and prize the lower tyre bead onto the ball
