MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Fit all the components back into place, then fit
the milk supplying unit back onto the machine.
Press key to confirm.
Place a large container under the supplying unit.
Press key to confirm.
Place a large glass containing non-carbonated,
drinking fresh water and/or a product suitable for
milk cleaning.
Insert the milk tube into the glass with clening
solution.
Press key to start the cleaning cycle.
Verify that the milk tube is well place at bot-
tom of the glass to prevent steam or hot wa-
ter coming out.
During milk system cleaning, the display will show
the following animation.
At the end of the cleaning cycle, empty the
glass used for cleaning solutions.
Press key to confirm.
Insert the milk tube into a cup or glass with fresh
water.
Press key to confirm.
