PREPARING THE MACHINE
MILK BEVERAGE PREPARATION
PRESETTING
Classy PRO has a kit available complete with two
milk tubes.
If a fridge (optional item) is combined with the
machine, the 19.6” (50 cm) tube shall be used.
Otherwise, the 15.7” (40 cm) tube shall be used.
To preset the machine for the preparation of the
beverages (MACCHIATO, CAPPUCCINO or
LATTE), insert the milk tube.
Insert the milk tube into the appropriate inlet lo-
cated in the supply unit.
Insert the other end of the milk tube into the hole
on the cup rest grid.
At the first start-up, carry out a cleaning cycle of
the milk tube (refer to MACHINE MENU).
After having carried out the cleaning cycle of the
milk tube, remove the tube from the grid and place it
in the clip located on the inner part of the machine.
We recommend to carry out the required auto-
matic cleaning of the milk system after each
milk-based preparation.
Carry out milk module cleaning as reported in
the MACHINE MENU.
Disassemble and clean the dispenser assembly
every day.
