Windows XP

To uninstall the Photon II device driver in Windows XP follow

these instructions.

a. Go to the Windows Start button and select Control Panel,

and then double click System from the list of control panels.

Click on the Hardware tab and then the Device Manager

button.

b. Scroll down to Universal Serial Bus controllers, click the “+”

icon to expand the selection and right click on “LDS-Dactron

Photon USB device”. Select Uninstall from the pop up

menu.

The Photon II will only be listed if it is connected via the

USB cable. If the Photon II is not connected, then it will not

be listed in the Device Manager list.
