●Tension with both hands on both ends of the tube, make it natural stretch, no
distortion, no deviation.
●Pull the pull rod to the horizontal position on the right side, to the sliding block
down in place.
●YZ35 pump head tuning knob adjustment methods: adjust the pump speed
30rpm, slowly adjust the fine tuning knob clockwise to a continuous
conveying liquid, when stop the pump without reflow. If you want to transfer
the fluid with the high pressure, need to fine-tune knob clockwise again.
●After the fine-tuning knob of YZ35 pump head, Up press block plane and
ontology plane should be basic on the same plane, to increase the life ,can
make the up press block plane slightly higher than the Ontology plane.
Point Out
● When install the large diameter tube, should be paid attention to press
edges and do not make tube burst in the process of pushing.
