●Pull the pull rod to the horizontal position on the right side, to the sliding block
down in place.
●YT15 / YT25 pump head tuning knob adjustment methods: adjust the pump
speed within1-5rpm, slowly adjust the fine tuning knob clockwise to a
continuous conveying liquid, when stop the pump without reflow. If you want
to transfer the fluid with the high pressure, need to fine-tune knob clockwise
again.
Loading tubing for YZ35 pump head
1. Be sure the pump drive is turn off.
2. Pull the pull rod to the horizontal position, left the sliding block.
3. Loading the suitable tube.
Each time install the tube for the YZ35 pump heed needs to adjust the pressure
tube clearance, First put the pressure tube clearance knob to the loose state by
counterclockwise
Press on one side of the spring tubing clamp, put tubing in, then press another
side spring tubing clamp, put the tubing into the other side.
