1. Whether the liquid viscosity is too
higher, can seriously reduce the flow
rate is the viscosity is too high.
2. Check the inlet line, whether the tubing
inlet
pressure is too large or entrance
to jam.
3. Whether the tubing
is in a correct
position, in accordance with the
instructions to install.
4.
Whether to choose suitable tubing
specification, in accordance with the
instructions to choose appropriate wall
thickness of the tubing.
5.
If the model for YZ35 ,YT15 or YT25
pump head, fine-tuning knob clockwise
to adjust pressure tube clearance .

1. Whether the liquid containing solid
particles, please choose imported tube,
can seriously reduce the tube life if the
impurity particles too large .

Whether the tubing is in a correct

flexible.

If the model for YZ35, YT15 or YT25
pump head, fine-tuning knob clockwise
to adjust pressure tube clearance(Shall

ure that no reflow phenomenon
when stop the pump)
