Unloading tubing
1. Be sure the pump drive is turn off.
2.Pull the pull rod to the horizontal position, left the sliding block.
3.YZ15 / YZ25 / YT15 / YT25 pump head should reference the tube installation
graphical representation, raised on both sides of the tube clamp, remove the
tube.
4.YZ35 pump head should reference the tube installation graphical
representation, pushing down respectively on both sides of the tube clamp,
remove the tube.
Using the matters needing attention
● This series of pump head can use multi channel, when multiple channels
at the same time, the flow rate is not identical between each channel. If you
have any requirements on the various channel flow consistency, please consult
our company before use.
● This series of pump head can adapt to a certain range of wall thickness of
tubes, before running need to test .
● Noise may occur after long-term use on the pump head, can be
appropriately add a small amount of lubricating oil in the rotating shaft (don't
make the lubricating oil spilling onto the roller).
● The tube flow rate decreases with time extension, please pay attention to
timely adjust peristaltic pump speed (flow type peristaltic pump please calibrate
flow again ).
● The wall thickness and ID precision of the tubes will influence to the flow
rate, when the accuracy requirement is high, please choose imported tubes.
