MAINTENANCE
Ordinary maintenance
The user should carry on the following operations any time it’s required:
- Clean the area around the operator.
- Remove any rabble on the sliding rail.
- Clean the part of the operator next to the pinion.
- Remove any rabble from the rack.
Periodical maintenance of operator must be done every six months.
N.B. : Any operation of ordinary maintenance is to be performed by
qualified technical staff authorized by the Manufacturer.
- Make sure the gate is well fixed, sturdy and safe.
- Grease the gear unit.
- Lubricate the wheels of the gate.
Extraordinary maintenance
- In the case emergency interventions are required on the operator, it’s
advisable to remove it, in order to allow the repairs in a workshop by
technicians of the Manufacturer or authorised by it.
Capacitor connection
- In the motors BOOST5 and BOOST10 connect the capacitor
between the black wire (Open) and the brown wire (Close) of the
electric engine.
Cable of limit switches
The is equipped with two magnets (cams) that theoperator set travel
limits of the operator. From the magnet detector four wires come out.
Follow below table to connect Limit switches detector to the control
board.

Common / Negative of Power supply Black
Limit switch OPENING Green
Limit switch CLOSING White
Positive of Power supply 12V Red
