  If your Lefant Vacuum Cleaner isn't charging, check the following: ensure the robot is switched ON, the robot's charging contacts are connected to the docking station pins, and the docking station is connected to the power supply. Also, ensure the docking station is correctly placed and connected, and avoid moving it during cleaning. Clean the charging contacts if they are contaminated. If the battery is fully discharged after a long period of disuse, contact Customer Service.

  Your Lefant Vacuum Cleaner might not be connecting to Wi-Fi for several reasons: you may have entered the incorrect Wi-Fi username or password, the robot may be out of range of your Wi-Fi signal, the network setup might have started before the robot was ready, or the robot might not support 5 GHz Wi-Fi. Ensure you enter the correct username and password, the robot is within range of your Wi-Fi signal, the network is configured when the device is in the correct state, and the robot is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.

  Your Lefant Vacuum Cleaner might miss spots or repeat areas because the cleaning cycle is being interfered with by small objects or barriers on the floor, it's working on slippery polished floors, or it's unable to reach certain areas blocked by furniture. Remove power cords and small objects from the floor, ensure floor wax is dried, and tidy up the area by putting furniture and small objects in their proper place. The robot will automatically clean the area missed; avoid moving it manually or blocking its path during the cleaning cycle.
