Also, ensure the docking station is correctly placed and connected, and avoid moving it during cleaning. Clean the charging contacts if they are contaminated. If the battery is fully discharged after a long period of disuse, contact Customer Service.

Ensure you enter the correct username and password, the robot is within range of your Wi-Fi signal, the network is configured when the device is in the correct state, and the robot is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.

The robot will automatically clean the area missed; avoid moving it manually or blocking its path during the cleaning cycle.
