• Test button verification: keep pushed T button
for 2 seconds and check these conditions:
- all LEDs turns on for 1 second (ON LED is green,
others are red)
- device trips
- display shows device tripping
- RESET pin will be released
- to reset device, push RESET button and set it
back to its working position.
• Verify that all accessory characteristics are in
compliance with auxiliary circuit voltage and
electric scheme.
Functional checks
• Verify device mechanical functioning, with open
and close operation of the main contacts.
• In case of device with mechanical interlock,
verify if it works according to the proper
interlock diagram.
• Verify locking system, if any (open position,
draw-out position, etc...).
Auxiliaries wiring and installation
checks
• Verify proper installation of auxiliary circuits
• Verify terminals wiring correspondence
• Verify auxiliary wiring circuit correspondence
Under voltage checks
Dielectric checks must be performed in the
distribution center according to the international
standards by qualified technicians with proper
equipments.
To avoid damages to people or devices, it’s
mandatory to follow these indications:
• disconnect all the electric accessories from
auxiliary circuit.
• verify the presence and value of the device
up-stream and down-stream voltage.
