start up
Operator checks
The operator must verify that the device has been
properly installed inside the distribution cabinet
and that all the installation conditions are in
compliance with the current standards.
Start up checks are classified in:
• Without voltage checks
• Under voltage checks
Without voltage checks
Distribution center inspection:
• Verify that the device installation is performed
according to the instructions of this user manual.
• Verify the device wiring using proper screws
and terminals.
• Verify that no metallic parts, tools and
manufacturing scraps are close to the device.

• Verify that the device is not damaged outside
and there are not missing parts that can be the
cause of wrong working.
Check of coherence between installed
components and electric scheme
• Verify that features of the installed device are in
compliance with the technical requests.
• Verify that features and version of the protection
unit are in accordance with the technical
requests.
• Verify that the protection unit is properly set
(see proper manual).
- Set up protection unit.
- Adjust protection settings;
- Set up data/time and advanced features settings
- Perform TEST procedure with T button.
- Set back reset pin to MAN position.
