3. HD Display Hangs or goes Blank
Issue: Sometimes the HD Display hangs up or goes blank.
Solution: Press and hold the HD Display reset button for 5-6 seconds or until screen goes blank and comes on screen. The
The reset button is located at the top left hand back side of the display. It is a very small button and is flush with the case.

4. Mag-Mount (Mounting Screw) and HD Display
Issue: There has been a few instances were the Mag-Mount screw used to secure the device to the wall at the 6 O'clock
position pushes the Mag-Mount out enough to sever the electrical/communication connection between the HD Display and
Mag-Mount.
Solution: Remove the 6 O'clock mounting screw and use only at the 3 and 9 O'clock position to secure the Mag-Mount to
the wall.
