Toturnoffthesoundcompletely,gototheMastervolumecontrolandselectMutespeakers.
•Problem:Whenyouconnectaheadphonestoyourcomputerwhileplayingsound,aspeakerdoesnot
producesound.
Solution:Oncetheheadphoneisattached,thestreamingisautomaticallyredirectedtoit.Ifyouwant
tolistentosoundfromthespeakersagain,besuretosetthosespeakersasthedefaultdevice.The
procedureisasfollows:
1.OpenControlPanel.
2.ClickAllControlPanelItems.
3.ClicktheSmartAudioicon.TheSmartAudiowindowopens.
4.Lookattheplaybackdevices.Ifyouhaveattachedaheadphones,theheadphoneswillbe
automaticallysetasthedefaultdevice,andtheiconforthatheadphoneswillbechecked.
5.Tosetadifferentdeviceasthedefault,double-clicktheiconforthosespeakers.Thaticonwill
nowhaveacheckmark.
6.PlayanysoundbyuseofamusicprogramsuchasWindowsMediaPlayer.Makesurethatsound
comesfromthespeakers.
