Solution:MakesurethattheCD,DVD,orCD-RWdiscisnotdirty.Ifitis,cleanitwithacleanerkit.

defective.
Makesurethatthediscisloadedonthecenterpivotofthedrivewiththelabelsideup.(Youshould
