Why is my Levoit Classic 300S Humidifier leaking water?

  If your Levoit Humidifier is leaking water, ensure the silicone sealing ring around the water outlet valve is secure. Avoid running the humidifier in a room with over 60% relative humidity. Wipe any excess water off the top and bottom of the base. Do not shake the humidifier and make sure it is placed on a flat, level surface. If the water tank itself is leaking, contact Customer Support.

Why is my Levoit Humidifier making a loud noise?

  If your Levoit Humidifier is making loud or unusual noises, ensure the water tank is properly in place. Try setting the mist level to a lower setting. Also, empty the base chamber, refill the water tank (not the base chamber), and properly place the water tank back onto the base. If the issue persists, the humidifier may be malfunctioning, and you should contact Customer Support.

  First, ensure the Levoit Humidifier is plugged into a working outlet and turned on using the power button. If it still doesn't turn on, try adding purified or distilled water to the water tank. Also, check if the humidifier is in Auto Mode, as it may automatically turn off if the humidity level exceeds the set target.

  If your Levoit Humidifier is leaking, make sure the silicone sealing ring around the water outlet valve is secure. Avoid running the humidifier in rooms with humidity over 60%. Wipe off any excess water from the top and bottom of the base, and ensure you are not shaking the humidifier. Also, place the humidifier on a flat, level surface.

  If your Levoit Humidifier appears offline, first ensure it's plugged in and the outlet has power. Refresh the VeSync menu by swiping down on the screen. Also, check that your router is connected to the internet and your phone’s network connection is working. As a last resort, delete the humidifier from the VeSync app (swipe left on iOS or press and hold on Android, then tap Delete) and reconfigure it.

Why does my Levoit Classic 300S Humidifier display the wrong humidity?

  If the VeSync app shows an incorrect humidity percentage for your Levoit Humidifier, the room may be larger than the humidifier’s effective range, so move to a room smaller than 47 m² / 505 ft². Also, moisture may have built up inside the humidity sensor. Turn off the humidifier and let the sensor air dry, ensuring the nozzle faces away from the sensor to prevent mist from settling on it.

  If your Levoit Humidifier's display shows an incorrect humidity percentage, it could be because the room is larger than the humidifier’s effective range. Move to a smaller room, ideally between 20–47 m² / 215–505 ft². Alternatively, moisture may have accumulated inside the humidity sensor. Turn off the humidifier and allow the sensor to air dry, ensuring the nozzle faces away from the sensor to prevent mist from settling on it.

  If your Levoit Humidifier isn't producing enough mist, try these steps: 1. Increase the mist level setting. 2. Refill the water tank. 3. Empty the base chamber if it has too much water, then refill the water tank and correctly place it on the base. 4. Ensure the air inlet at the bottom isn't blocked and that the nozzle is clear. 5. Make sure the humidifier is on a level surface. 6. If you've washed the tank or base with detergent, rinse thoroughly. If the water temperature is too low, set the mist level to the highest setting for a while, then readjust.
