How to load the 250-sheet tray
Follow these instructions to load paper in the 250-sheet tray.
1 Remove the tray.
Note: To load legal or folio size paper, you have to extend the length of the paper tray. See Extending the
tray for legal or folio size paper on page 24 for instructions.
2 Prepare a stack of paper for loading by flexing and fanning it back and forth. Straighten the edges on a level
surface.
